What Is EvadeFilter?
EvadeFilter is what's known as a PHP Proxy service, that is run on a website based proxy on a US based server. This can be done to evade website blocking by schools, corporations, or governments, to access websites that would normally be blocked. It can also be done to protect your anonymity, so that the website you are visiting does not know who you are. Proxy Web services like EvadeFilter have become more clever allowing users to encrypt links, and any data going to and from other web servers. This allows users to access websites that would otherwise have been blocked. These are web sites that allow a user to access a site through them.

Why should I use EvadeFilter instead of..?
Unlike standard "open proxies", EvadeFilter requires no special browser configuration. And unlike many proxies, PHP based or conventional, EvadeFilter allows the HTTP Form Post method, which means that many websites that require logins will work with EvadeFilter that will not work with the majority of free proxies. Finally, unless abuse becomes a problem, we will also allow file downloads, whereas many proxies do not.
